Registration is now open! Team registration cost is $300/team and the deadline is Wednesday, November 4th at 3:00pm.

Only one (1) team registration at a time. Please submit separate registrations and transactions for multiple teams.
A completed copy of the forms may be emailed to nolan.baugh@gcsu.edu This includes: Player Certification Form, Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form, and the Code of Conduct Form. Registration will not be confirmed until forms and payment are complete.
